Global eCommerce migration for The Crafting Queen Sara Davies

Bespoke Theme & SEO platform migration for Vertu Motors PLC

The primary goal of this project was to re-platform four of Vertu Motors' ancillary eCommerce websites from two bespoke platforms to Shopify. This would create stores which are scalable in functionality, maintainable, with a lower total cost of ownership.

Herd proposed a careful migration to Shopify, mitigating visibility decline with custom Theme development, and ongoing SEO support throughout.

Forging a new board game empire for Steamforged Games with Shopify

B2B pivot launching new Threadbare website direct to consumer

In 2020 Threadbare wanted to reduce its reliance on current relationships with outlets such as Next, ASOS and Debenhams. The brief - create a new eCommerce website to sell D2C, build the menswear brand, and generate direct sales.

They did an amazing job.  I had a hard time getting my domain information correct, but they were extremely patient throughout the process, checking in often.  They were able to get the domain transferred quickly without any issues. The price was also extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again with future needs.
